    Hi All,

    Just curious what you put in your lease agreements when signing up a new tenant? The RTA has a standard agreement (http://www.rta.qld.gov.au/zone_files…8a_form18a.pdf) which covers essentials like rent payments/pets/repairs etc, but can you put in "no smoking in the premises", or "yard must be kept tidy" etc?
