I have a quick question to start off the weekend.

Is there quality information to be had out of it concerning property (My impression is that they have a large Shares focus?)
Do you believe it is worth it?A preemptive thanks

Yeah, I had a bit to do with them about 10 years ago.
I had/have a nice little cash cow IP – they were like sell sell sell sell sell – buy shares.
I was never for a nano second convinced to sell my IP, but I shudder to think if I had been more gullible or easily lead.
Where is the share market? Meanwhile my IP yields 12 per cent PA with continued growth.
I dont think there is much they have to offer – especially now with the internet.
The expertise they want to have you pay to acquire you can pick up on forums and websites and at the old fashion public library.
