Hi all.
I am looking at buying a commercial shed. It is zoned central business.
I am looking at running a auto business that would usually be in a light industrial
area. I am new to this and want to know who to contact in regards to being able to run a
business in different zoning or to try to change the zoning.

Markok I have found it on the local council website. I had already looked bit must have missed it the first time.
