Right now I am trying to decide if it would be better to buy and move into my first home or buy an IP and stay at home. What makes this more interesting is that I would be taking my parents with me to the new house. (Taking advantage of FHOG) and then rent out the house they own. Or should I just buy an IP and stay at home?
