    I have just settled refinance of my property and wanting to know how long the banks would consider me refinancing again to purchase a block of land?  do you have to wait a standard 3mths or whatever before they will consider in order that they see that you can pay the mortgage etc??  many thanks.

    Will vary from lender to lender and will depend on your equity position and ability to service the new debt.
