    I'm a developer on the Gold Coast looking for marketing strategies to assist in sales. We are developing 25 upmarket townhouses ranging from $600,000 with 258sqm of living.

    Looking for creative marketing ideas to move this project forward.

    They have a huge email list that promotes developments to investors for sale.

    Another website that gets some traffic is the House and Land Package centre.com
