    Unfortunately, we have to take our building permit application to VCAT (Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal)
    Has anyone been through this process before?
    Did you prepare your paperwork yourself or have you used someone's services to help you with it?
    Any advice/success stories?

    Depending upon the issues it will pay to engage a town planner who will assess your issues and frame the argument.
