how do I go about finding an investor to buy a house for me, lol
I know its not as black and white as that, but I find my self in the position of after divorce and what not, having a little bit of cash but no house to call my own, and renting is not an ideal long term plan. I dont have enough of a deposit to make a bank happy, so I want (need) to look at other options. Anyone with help and is able to dumb it down for this little black duck would be ever so appreciated!

Maybe you should look at wrapping. There is actually a page within this website that will give you the headsup on wrapping. There should also be plenty of people on here that would be willing to go into a wrapping arrangement with you.
