how do I go about finding an investor to buy a house for me, lol

I know its not as black and white as that, but I find my self in the position of after divorce and what not, having a little bit of cash but no house to call my own, and renting is not an ideal long term plan. I dont have enough of a deposit to make a bank happy, so I want (need) to look at other options. Anyone with help and is able to dumb it down for this little black duck would be ever so appreciated! :)

    Hey Knikey,

Maybe you should look at wrapping. There is actually a page within this website that will give you the headsup on wrapping. There should also be plenty of people on here that would be willing to go into a wrapping  arrangement with you.

    Good luck.
