    Hi guys,

    I've been travelling around the world for a year or so now and been somewhat following the Australian market. I'd love to come home (Sydney) at the start of 2010 and get a nice low-priced property with a low interest rate. My only concern is that all the information I've come across says that the FHOB is ending June 30, 2009. Can I get some opinions about whether the scheme is really ending, or if it's just a tactic to get people buying right now..

    Appreciate any help or ideas.
