    I have been looking into IP's in the Toowoomba area.  I have seen some over 55 villages going for under 100k.  Just wondering if anyone knows of any on going costs which are associated with buying a property like this.  I would expect council rates and water, what else would I be in for.  Is there any additional costs I have to pay to be compliant with local/ state laws.  I would expect to pay body corporate fees being in a large complex.
