My biggest question here is how much of the initial investment out lay as a percentage should be reinvested … EG 600k outlay and spend 10% or 60k or 20% …
A friend of mine just bought a 860 m/2 dead flat perfect reno in Warrawee in NSW for 690k … 16 Mildred street
So now we have decided to "detonate" it and put a Clarion 40 m/2 home on it for 350k 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which will bring the value to around 1.4 million …
I believe we are in a new market for detonation rather than renovations …
