Some questions…

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to get an idea from people who has or is current using Property Accountant Adviser as to how much the hourly charge rate is for advice and dicussion.

Also, what companies would you recommend for:
– Building Dep. Sched.
– Landlord Insurance
– H&C Insurance

Lastly, what are some good questions to ask when screening property managers?

Is it generally better to find prop. managers from the surrounding burbs of your prop.?
