    hi, I plan to reno some of the stuff below, anyone know estimate cost?

    – change kitchen top to granite top.
    – add a top hood with exhaust
    – hack a brick wall of about 4m x 2m and install 4x full glass sliding door
    – change floor area of about 8m x 5m from carpet to timber floor board

    any help would be much appreciated.. How long do you need that will take? Plan to start middle of Nov.. I can't DIY, need builder to do it..
