hey all, i want to know if there any ways to guarantee the sale price of your home with an agent? I came across the Jenman forms but i find them too tedious. I came across this thing called http://www.realestatesavings.com.au on Domain.com where i pay whatever commission i want – it looks like the answer but it looks only new.
any ideas, feedback,suggestions?

One way to guarantee a price is to not accept anything less than you want! But you will have to be realistic if you wish to sell. Most people put their home on for a price higher than they actually want and then give a small discount when asked. you never know, you may get more than you really want.
