Im contemplating making an offer on a block. Ive mesured it and cant find the rear pegs. This will be an issue come fencing time. Its from a developer acting on behalf of a vendor, whats my options here.
Can it be re surveyed by the vendor or do they let you do it, at what cost? Ive been told by a fencer some times this is a problem issue, as to where the fence is to be put and if its not right you may have to pull it down. Any surgestions before I make an offer.
