    Hi All,

    Having never invested in property, but always having a 'want' for doing so, I am now trying to venture into my first investment.

    I live in Melbourne and wanting to purchase a positive cashflow premises in the low $100k if this is possible.

    Can anyone suggest any areas within in Melbourne or any Queenslanders, Warwick has been an interest to me after numerous readings of people investing there and only a couple of hours from the Gold Coast.

    Looking forward to getting some valuable information.
