    Hi everyone!

Its me again, I have another question that all you seasoned investers will giggle at.

When purchasing a property, what additional expenses should i be expecting? (in regards to ongoing payment e.g. not a once off charge like loan application fees or utility connection fees)

The ones that i can come up with are:-

    A/. Freestanding property

    -loan repayments
    -council rates
    -water
    -insurance

    B/. Strata

    -loan repayments
    -council rates
    -water
    -insurance (contents)
    -body corp + site fees

Also what comes to mind is:-

-Agency fees (not sure if they are ongoing)
    -solicitor
    -accountant

Have i got it all covered? or am i overlooking some details?

    Thanks Again!

Unexpected repairs/ maintenance, emergency repairs that need immediate action like burst plumbing and wear and tear over time.
