    Hi
    I am very new to this game and in the process of trying to identify potential areas in Sydney in which to purchase an investement property.  I want to get a house with a decent size section, 2 or 3 bedrooms that has good rental potential and might.  Having a bit of a battle with identiying areas in which to invest.  Generally, most of central sydney is too expensive so I need to look further out.  Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts or comments on Camden? Or any other suggested areas.  Paramatta seems to have quite a bit of development going on but for $300 -$400K could probably only get a unit.

    you are still able to get  << 400k houses at Granville, Auburn etc… which are not far away from Paramatta.
