Team Do we have great news for you!
The great news is that we don't have just one speaker in next month's PKG seminar but two! Our next speakers will be none other than Jon Bailey of Alpha Advantage, and Brett Jantzen, a property investor and the National Media Manager for AMP Retail Property. Both individuals are very experienced in the property investment game and will be shedding their thoughts and experiences in relation to the Sydney property market.
Specifically, Jon Bailey will be discussing the current Sydney residential property market, the likely near term direction of that market and the impact of interest rates. Brett Jantzen will be sharing his experiences regarding purchasing, developing and selling residential property in Sydney, and how in two years he approximately tripled his home equity.
Jon with his extensive experience in assisting property investors, will bring a host of useful tips regarding investing smarter in the Sydney property market, whilstBrett will present a testimonial on how he substantially increased equity in his property portfolio. This should be a very interesting seminar considering all the mixed press releases surrounding the Sydney property market. This is certainly a seminar not to be missed!!
