Just a quick question…A unit we are about to buy (2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 8 squares approx.) has just had the heat pump removed. What would be a good quality but cheap way to replace this for rental condition? Rental is approx. $260… does this have an effect on how much i should budget for to maintain tenant interest? cheers

If it is for heating the air in the unit then an inverter air conditioner may be a possible way to heat the air in a reverse cycle. It is an efficient form of heating when compared with other forms of heating and can be used as a cooler as well.
