    Blogs,
Thanks for saying what I was thinking. This requires too much trust for  me for a possible $14 saving. Not worth the risk???  Isn't it funny how this rule applies to everything in life??

Anybody who is serious about this transaction can make an offer if they dont like the price I provided.  I'm sure that's how most of us do business in the property market.

I've tried to be honest in exactly what and why I am doing this.  Cheap shots from you guys can stop somebody getting a small saving.

    Thanks anyway guys

If you had any idea it helps prevent spam.

If anybody's interested I'm in Melbourne.  They can email me and we can talk on the phone about it.

    Thanks.

No offense mate but a $14 saving is hardely going to entice anybody, especially when you factor in the time it takes to sort it all out with you and the risk you may sc$w them-not worth it at all. Why dont you make it a little less 'tight'? Hell I could just skip lunch and save $14 and avoid all the hassle!!

    Tony,
Just out of interest, I assume you received the $500 gift voucher as a gift or prize.  Is it transferable.  If so I'll give you $50 for it (the whole $500 worth). This is then a win/win.  You get $50 for nothing and I get my subscription for $50.

    There you go Tony.

Best offer in 2 days is $50. That's what the market is telling you it's worth at this time.

Beng under the reserve i'd have to take it off the market.  How often would you take the 1st offer?
