    Hello,

Currently I'm 20 years old and wanted to invest in property at some time, preferably as soon as possible :) though that probably won't happen.

I have a few questions obviously.

How much money should I set as the bare minimum to invest?
What options do I have to invest my money in? Buying a run down property, doing it up and reselling for a profit?
Can anyone recommend some good books, websites, to get me started? I wonder if they have "Property Investing for Dummies"?

Basically at the moment I do not know anything and am looking for some guidance.

Thanks in advance. Any help would be much appreciated.

Why not your search/read previous postings?
    Cheers

Thanks. I had done some searching as I do when I join any new forum but clearly not enough, your post, though small pushed me a little further. For the time being I am going to read read read.

Luckily for me my dad already owns "The Millionaire Next Door" and "Rich Dad Poor Dad" so I will start with those 2 books.

    Thanks for the help.
