Hi everybody I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I have just purchased my first house which i will be renovating/living in so my question is how do i go about buying another property, any books that will tell me where to start? Any help at all would be great thankyou.
Michael Yardley's book is good as is Peter Spann's – forget the titles sorry, but the best resource would be reading as many posts on these forums as you can.

You will most likely enjoy reading Australian property investor magazine too.You will find a lot of these and other PI books at the library. The more you read, the more you will find some common ideas you will filter to devise your own plans.
