An acquaintance of mine has spotted what could be a good investment opportunity which I am prepared to look at going into myself but would need a a joint venture to be able to finance it.
snapshot – a mixed use property, shop and residence and garage from side street in sought after inner melbourne location. Initial redevelopment proposal has been approved by council, plans have been drawn for 2 levels to go on garage (stca), and possibility for separate tittles for shop and residence.Owner will sell for low $600s, spotter expects a fee of around $25k.
shops and current residence can be rented out now and gross redevelopment value over $1m.
I would be interested to talk to potential joint venture investors on this project, preferably already located in melbourne.
