    Hi All,

    I'm not an agent, but a full time investor. I've been putting together instalment contracts and Rent to Owns for quite some time now, but currently don't have a house I need… Argg…

    I've got a very good buyer needing a place between Parkwood and Mermaid on the Gold Coast for around the late $400's asap! Needs to be a reasonably nice house, preferably brick within about 10 mins of beach.

    I'm more than happy to make this a Joint Venture and share profits if someone has the goods.
    If you have a house or know anyone in this area, please call me urgently to see if it suits.
