    Hi guys,

    Just wondering if anyone can help me out in terms of investing in period homes.  I have my eye in one in the Bendigo VIC area that's in need of a bit of TLC.  I've seen some period homes increase greatly in value once they're done up but I'm new at this so not sure if it would be worth it… Help?
