No one company has the best.   You need to find a policy that suits your investing needs.

Not a recommendation as I haven't used them myself, but many say that Terri Scheer is the specialist in landlords' insurance http://www.terrischeer.com.au and I have heard that they are very good.

read the water damage clause carefully if you do go terry scheer,i had a shower pipe burst inside the bricks and fill up the cavity……
now days i use a broker to chase the best deal as they have the finger on the pulse .
and when things go wrong my guy who spends millions a year has a lot more pull than  a two property investor
    cheers

I recently went to an Insurance Broker after signing up for Landlord insurance with Comm Insure.. After a bit of back and forth and recommendation, and for only a bit more $$, have switched to a new policy with CGU, supposed to be a very good policy.. Fingers crossed I won't need to use it ;)
