    is it possible to get a lo doc 80% LVR loan for inner city living say Sydney? i know that most lenders wont lend if the apartment size is under 45sqm. if it's over that do they still count that as risky and requires full doc?

    and would i be too greedy if i hoped for a 90% LVR?
