I am in the process of looking for a quantity surveyor to create a depreciation schedule for my two newly built (identical)
units in Tailem Bend, South Australia (both on the same block of land). Has anybody some suggestions on names of reliable companies that I could contact?

We normally recommend Depro / Depreciator to out clients.

I'm based in Brisbane and would use Mitchell Brandtman for this sort of thing. I don't think they have an SA office but they might be able to recommend someone. Their website is http://www.mitbrand.com
Thanks Sam D Smith, however I sorted this a few years ago now. I will keep your suggestion in mind if I decide to go down the building / rental path again. I managed to get a good price with Depreciator so they did the schedules for me. I was happy with what they did.
Apologies Sam D Smith it was Deppro I had do the schedules not Deprreciator.
