Hi there just wanted some opinions on what you think will happen to land prices in perth, from memory the average price of a block in perth from the last quarter was $270000 , do you think that figure is likely to increase/decrease or remain the same over the next year? I know that there are quiet alot of blocks on the market at the moment and some of them are just sitting there and agents are having trouble finding buyers for them, and most of the develpers are starting to throw in all sorts of bonus's for buying blocks such as they will pay the stamp duty, free landscaping/fencing, broadband access and all sorts. Just wanted some opinions on that, thanks!
