I just know a website http://data1.reiv.com.au/trendchart/ giving you quarterly median price trend chart of the last five years in Vic state's suburbs.
Did anybody know a better website which can give you monthly median price trend chart for even longer period?
Also, the price plotted in the chart normally refer to contract price for which the houses are sold unconditional at that quarter or executed price for which the houses are settled at that quarter?
