    I'm looking to put in money rather than time into a property deal and read in a post on this forum that it's possible to get involved in JV Syndicates. Can someone tell me what a JV syndicate is, how it works and how I'd get involved in one in Melbourne? Any advice you can offer would be much appreciated.
