G'day all…
Our parents have just told my brother and sister and myself that they are happy to give us 3 acres combined to do with what we want. Being up in the NT and the block of land down in Tassie I was just wondering what steps we have to go through and who we have to speak to in regards to;
1. Getting the land subdivided from the original 10 acre block and titles written up
2. The land is very steep so getting someone to assess where a road could enter the blocks
3. Power and water supplies to the blocks
I have two IP properties but starting from scratch is all quite new for me and I really have no clues….any help would be great. Also would it be best two subdivide the blocks into roughly 2000m2 blocks to build PPOR and onsell the other block to provide $$$ to put up another house. Cheers
