    Hi,
    I am currently in the process of buying my 2nd IP, I am doing my own conveyancing. Contracts are yet to be exchanged. The vendors solicitor just rang me and told me that because the property was not the vendors PPOR, the contract has been amended to say that "land tax IS adjustable". Can someone please explain to me what this means and its implications on me?
