I have thoroughly enjoyed and gained such valuable insight and know-how from reading the posts in this forum. I find it amazing how much information there is available on this site. I have 2 IPs under my belt and am shooting for at least another 2 by yearend. As I am time poor I am considering employing the services of a buyers agent for my next purchase in Brisbane. I like the sound of Metropole (Michael Yardney of PropertyUpdate.com) and was hoping for any feedback from previous clients. I understand they don't come cheap but seeing as they are the so-called expert on where and what to buy I think that their fees would be worth it.

I have heard positive feedback from our clients that have used Micheal Yardney's service in the past, however I believe their fee structure is quite high.
Have you ever considered using our service, which is the most competitive in the country?
