    Hi , I am looking at buying a one bedroom apartment in Parkville for 260k with balcony and carpark , I want to buy there as it is close to transport near city and ssurrounded by nice parks , I have the option of renting it between $250 and $270 per week , was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on pros and cons of investing there , ps i was looking at elwood , stkilda etc but for the price much better condition in Parkville , any feedback would be great  ,thanx Hal

    Parkville is a fantastic suburb – near the Zoo, Melb Uni, Golf Course, CBD and Uni High School – hope you bought that unit.

    Parkville is close to Melbourne UNi and hospitals and really close tot he CBD – you will always have tenants looking for properties there
