    I understand that one is allowed to owner build if "the intentions" are for owner builder is to reside in the place. But what happens if after construction, the owner finds out they can't (for what ever reason) live there? Are they able to sell it immediately after building (yes, with insurances,etc, and all "legit and legal" work). Or are there penalties, fees, taxes, or anything "scarey" that will then apply?
    Has anyone owner built and then sold?
