I have recently come in contact with an investor with substantial private equity. He is investing in business, commercial real-estate and residential real-estate. He has limited experience in property and was asking my advice. Unfortunately I also have limited experience. However I smell an opportunity! I would like some advice about capitalizing from this situation. I don't have any property deals or really know how to get them – I also do not have the experience to start playing with this mans money. But I know that there are plenty of people out there that do. I would be willing to help set up the principals of the deal but probably cannot help all that much with the daily details. Any suggestions about how to go ahead?
