floor plans for flats/townhouses

I would like to look at plans to build some flats/townhouse complexes and there doesn't seem to be much where I am looking on the web, but then I am not sure where to look. i don'y want to copy them, just want to get a feel for layout etc Does anyone have any sites/contacts to suggest?
