i have just bought a sales data report from latestsales.com the area i was looking in supposedly had 50 sales on the report. silly me thought they would be all latest sales as the name implied. i looked on realestate.com sold in area and found 42 houses had been sold in the last 4 months. great i thought lots of recent figures with land and br sizes. i purchased the report only to find that there were only 7 of the 42 sold in the last 4 months the report went back to may 2005 useless to me. out of the 50 sales there wer only 5 with actual street numbers and about 10 with land size which was also important to me as i want to develop.the most recent sale was the 7th july what happened to the 6 in august and the other 13 in july. has any one else had this happen? i feel ripped off.
