EB Design Vision

Has anyone heard of or dealt with a company called EB Design Vision.  They are architectural building designers who do pre-inspections of sites, can liaise with town planners, draft designs.  Mainly work around Dandenong area.  We are thinking of buying a block to subdivide and keep front house, and having never done this before, need alot of assistance.  The guy on the phone sounded very helpful.
