hello all,
I have been told by a friend about a new mine site which will be built early next year in central australia and i was wanting to know if some of the people on here have experienced investing in the bush. i know that it is possible to get very good CF+ properties near mine sites but what sort of risks are undertaken to achieve these results?
i would like to know
how you went about aquiring the land?
did you build on it or truck in a transportable? what did this cost you?
what sort of fees do people pay for management, rates etc?
tennant vacancy?
rental return?
risks and outlays?
any other useful information?there will prob be more q's ill ask but thank you in advance for any advice or information
