My parents are interested in buying a duplex in the Townsville / Cairns regions.
Does anyone know of one a duplex property for sale or a duplex comming on to the market soon.We are after positively geared properties?

You will be able to see whats around. I would check out the vacancy rates in Cairns as my work has just got a job up there and there are plenty of places to rent there.
Probally best off building a duplex yourself,… they don't sit on the market long when the both dwellinga are for sale unless they are over priced, real estate agents know property investors love this types of properties and normally can sell them pretty quickly to some one on their hot list of buyers,
