    Hi!

    Am currently using two different banks for my investment properties but not impress with their services (ie. rigid about LVR). Thus am thinking of refinancing with other lenders.

    Any lenders who are flexible and keen to work out deals with investors that you would recommend?

    Thank you!

    Use a mortgage broker as they have many lenders to choose from to suit your lending needs.

    Different lenders are good for different types of finance, and this is constantly changing all the time. eg. Citibank are good for certain low docs at the moment because they are a special on.

    Hi Kaytay,

    I have recently bought my first home and used a wonderful morgage broker, which made the process so much easier! There are some things you just can't negotiate with banks, and it helps someone doing this for you.
    Not sure where you live, I am from Melbourne and so is the morgage broker. Here are the details anyway;

    Cert IV (F/MB).

    Hope this helps,
