i am looking for someone that would be willing to teach me how to cost out a very basic dwelling. Say, a 12sq unit. It is purely for educational purposes, as I would like to learn some basic techniques in how to cost the materials, and maybe labour, seperatly.
I do have some good understanding of materials, terminology and understanding of the industry, so you would not be teaching a complete novice, so it shouldnt be too painful for you.
I am definitely willing to pay, so pls make a suggestion. And am happy for it to be online, or in person if it's in Melb.
I have access to the Rawlins estimating guide for this year, but am not confident in using it properly, so perhaps someone that knows how to use it, and perhaps someone that can suggest or share with me a cheap or free estimating spreadsheet??
