    Hi all,
    Any creative suggestions on ways to get best value for purchasing land, building and on-selling for best profit?
    All suggestions appreciated.
    I had heard of "builders terms", and qu'd what this entails, but didnt get much of a reply.
    I am also wondering if land can be bought on an option?  Would I be legally allowed to lodge plans, permits, etc for approvals if I only owned the option?
    Any other suggestions to get around actually being able to lodge plans, etc without the property being in my name? (main intention is to avoid stamp duty, or any other expenses relating to a property coming into one's name if the intention is to just onsell it, not keep it)
    What do builders do??  Surely with all the houses a profitable builder builds, they dont bring all their hs/land pkgs into thei name first do they???
