Hi all,
Just went to the ato site and went looking for the old 221 D form and there is 4 different forms so which one is it ?
Could someone tell me what it is called these days.
I want to fill one out to collect weekly instead of every 12 months.
Is this the way to go because my tax accountant seems to think it is more a waste of time than anything else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
