    Hey guys,

    On a commercial property lease of say 20k 300m2 (Victoria) a year what are the outgoings and the approximate costs?

    Rates?
    Land Tax?
    Body Corporate?
    Power?
    Other?

    I know these are all variable but I would like an idea or costs for similar properties.
