    Hi all,

    What are your opinions on making an offer sight unseen, subject to inspections, finance etc?
    I have found a unit with a happy tenant on a long term lease but its really hard for me to see the place.
    Have done a lot of research in the area but can't make any of the times the agent has available to view.

    Has anyone had seccess buying sight unseen?
