Hi anyone heard any new about these HDT being accepted by the ATO yet? It has been nearly 3 months and no one has heard anything yet. It was about interest deductibility using Hybrid trusts apparently ATO was knocking back a few of them.
I want to set up a Trust so i can buy more property but want to make sure before i do that ATO will allow -ve gearing with HDT.
any have any ideas?
